When I agreed, I told him of a missing corner of our chimney siding that I wanted replaced. He spent time to research the challenge and then had his contractor apply the fix. We were only billed the originally quoted amount. There were no additional charges for this extra work. Couple this with the 5 year warranty and you have a first rate organization you can count on. We had Premier replace our roof, siding, eaves and downspouts after the July hail storm. Their price was very reasonable and Roger took the time to explain what needed to be done and the various product options. Everything was completed very professionally and they arrived when they said they were going to. Love the updated look to the house. It was a pleasure dealing with both Roger and Kim. They made the entire process easy and painless.

I had the old, damaged soffit replaced on the underside of our porch roof. Roger suggested non-venting for a cleaner look and it turned out great. He also inspected two areas we had leaks (one window and where porch meets house) and made repairs to those areas. His team arrived on time and left the work area clean. Kim handles all the paper work and both her and Roger are great to deal with. Thanks to the whole team!

Roger and his Team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish! After the June hail storm, I needed the siding on the west side of my house and garage redone, as well as the garage roof. The communication lines were open continuously. Roger kept me informed of all pertinent information as it became available. He also came over anytime his guys were working, ensuring that things were on track and going smoothly. All his employees were courteous, friendly, and receptive to my ideas/needs. The workmanship was excellent throughout. Finally, their secretary, Kim, is an absolute delight to deal with... such a friendly, caring and understanding lady! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When a hail storm blew through our community and damaged many places I met Kim, she was handing out information for Premier Exteriors. We had a great chat and she was very personable. She sent Roger out to do an estimate for us and a short time later they were out fixing the siding and facia on the home. The job their team did was very professional and timely. I was kept in the loop with what was going on and when things would happen. A great company to deal with in all aspects and very reasonable pricing. Everything was so easy to deal with and I didn't have to stay at home to watch over the work being done. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and the customer service experience I had.
